All in the Family

Well for those of you that didn't know, Uncle Mark had surgery Friday. Just a small tumor was removed and it was out patient, so nothing serious. He is doing fine just a little sore. I think the worst of it all was the waiting. If you are not dieing hospitals and doctors don't care they just prep you and then push you to the end of the priority list and let you wait. His surgery was supposed to be at 11:30 am. and it was probably about 4:30 pm when they finally got around to doing it, so the stress on both him and Natalie was terrible. When you are lying there you don't know what is really wrong, only what they tell you. Your mind wanders, your angry, that they have so little concern for your feelings, and those of us waiting at home don't have a clue so we are worried as well. To make a long story short, everything went well and all is good.
